Choose your package, select an available appointment, complete the property questionnaire, sign the agreement, and pay the required retainer. The remaining balance is due after editing is complete and before the final downloadable media is released.

The required retainers are:

Standard Package: $50
Deluxe Package: $75
Ultimate Package: $125

The retainer is nonrefundable, applied toward the total package price, and reserves your appointment. With at least 24 hours' notice, it may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice, and your retainer can transfer to the replacement appointment.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or a second rescheduling request will result in forfeiture of the original retainer and require a new retainer

Yes. Same-day appointments are accepted based on availability.

Once confirmed, a same-day appointment is considered final because it falls within the normal 24-hour cancellation period.

We photograph the property as it is presented when we arrive. Access delays may reduce the available shoot time.

If another visit is required because the property was inaccessible, the access information was incorrect, rooms were locked, or the property was not ready, a $50 return-trip fee will apply. An additional travel fee may also apply when the property is outside the included service area.

One reasonable round of minor corrections is included.

Additional editing, new angles, object removal, extensive retouching, propery changes, or request outside the original package may cost extra.

Additional editing is $50 per hour, billed in 30 - minute increments, with a $25 minimum.

You will be notified when the media is ready. Final downloadable media is released after the remaining balance has been paid.

Standard turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours after the shoot unless the selected package states otherwise.

Larger properties, video services, extensive revisions, or completsediting may require additional time.

Drone services depend on weather, airspace restrictions, legal requirements, and safe operating conditions.

if the flight cannot be completed, the aerial portion may be rescheduled, substituted, credited, or refunded as appropriate.

After full payment, the client receives permission to use the media to market the specific property through the MLS, listing websites, social media, brokerage websites, flyers, and related advertising.

The media may not be transferred to another agent, builder, property manager, short-term-rental operator, or other third party for separate commercial use without permission.
